About the event
Learn about the roots & spices traditionally used for bitters & to ignite digestive fire. Taste how a bitter root tincture can transform a cocktail or mocktail - just as a pinch of salt transforms any dish.
This is a hands-on workshop where you’ll make your own bitters blend for your home bar or medicine cabinet. Bring a 4 oz jar of your own, other materials will be provided.
