Letting Go Gracefully

If we pay attention, there are lessons from nature all around. As we watch the firestorm of leaves fall from our trees, could we also be more like them? Learn to let go of what no longer serves us?

This class will focus of herbs for the Fall season; aromatic, pungent, spicy herbs that tone the organs of discernment - the Lungs and Large Intestine. We will discuss the energy of the season, which is about condensing, shedding, releasing, going inward, and inspiration. We will talk about traditional use of aromatic plants in ritual.

We will make two useful remedies for the Fall - a Fire Cider and burning bundles. This class will be hands-on and a stimulating olfactory experience!
