Herbal Wellness Consultations
An herbal consultation is a supportive, relaxed conversation, in which we explore the whole picture of your health.
We look at your health history and the current picture, addressing both present symptoms, whether acute or chronic, and the root causes and imbalance. By addressing the underlying conditions that are causing problems,
we can gently bring the body back into balance, encouraging the body’s innate healing capacity.
We consider your particular constitution, and way of life, and
while valuing the experiences of the body as well as the spirit, mind and heart,
we explore your whole health in the way that is comfortable to you.
Some issues commonly treated with herbal medicine include,
but are not limited to:
Colds and Flu
Stress, Anxiety and Depression
Gut health and Digestion

We can go deeper into root causes as I offer continued support.
I bring my curiosity and compassion, while sharing my knowledge and practice, as a guide through the labyrinth of illness and wellness, discovering and utilizing the plants best suited for your greater health.
You may order remedies from me, I love medicine making and wildcraft all formulas whenever possible!
If you wish to source them elsewhere,
I can also provide a list of recommended sources.
By cultivating healing relationships between people and the plants, through thoughtful listening, consulting about health concerns, formulating & offering herbal remedies we begin to shape the world.
I envision a world in which people know plants in new and old ways; recognize them, revere them, and learn to care for them.
With this knowledge, people can appreciate the beauty & significance of plants' place in our world, and understand how plants can care for us as well. Fulfilled & empowered to better care for themselves, people can then care for others, and as a result, can be moved to care for the earth.
